With this information, we’ll present a Site Assessment outlining estimated construction costs for your dream home.
2. Site Condition Analysis
To ensure the plan suits your block, we’ll gather information on site conditions. We’ll coordinate a Contour Survey and a Bore Hole Report (soil testing) to thoroughly explore your land’s characteristics.
3. Concept Design Collaboration
Let’s move on to the exciting part! Whether you have ideas or need inspiration, we’ll collaborate with you to create a list of desired features for your design. Then, we’ll produce the initial draft of your personalised concept plans.
4. Plan Review and Finalisation
After presenting you with the initial draft, we will consult with you to make any necessary modifications until your dream home is ready for the tender phase.
5. Final Pricing and Project Initiation
We understand that surprises are unwelcome at this stage. Therefore, we offer you a predetermined price for the home you adore. Once you approve, we can begin making your concept design a reality.
